Rancho Deluxe completed new access ramps and railings
Denver Home Builder Association came to Rancho Deluxe to oversee a project for a man who had been living in a handicap inaccessible home. The home remodeling team widened doorways, put in new hardwood floors, and installed a chairlift for him to be able to access the separate floors of the home.
Through the Habitat for Humanity and Scott Deem, sole proprietor of Rancho Deluxe, a home was built for members of our community in need.
“Rancho Deluxe played an integral role in the preparation and execution of this project. We can only hope to work with them again in the future.”
-Kathleen O’Leary, Executive Director Blue Spruce Habitat for Humanity
Scott has donated his time for 2 local playgrounds and the addition of kennels at the Mountain Peace Shelter, so that families in need can bring their pets with them.
“Scott Deem is such a caring and generous member of our community. The time and dedication he has put into volunteering is such an inspiring act of kindness. We can’t thank him enough” - Kathy Mastroani, Director of Mountain Peace Shelter
